Agent Referral Fees

The Alterio Team may receive referral fees from mortgage brokers and buyers agents. These are always disclosed upfront as part of our Seller Concierge service. Any such arrangement will be disclosed to you in writing before any introduction is made. Our agent shortlisting process is based on suburb sales performance data regardless of any referral arrangement.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the The Alterio Team website at thealterioteam.com.au and any services provided by The Alterio Team, operated by The Alterio Team (ABN 80 241 124 181). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Free suburb reports and personalised valuations

Suburb reports and personalised property valuations provided through this website are prepared in good faith using publicly available data and comparable sales information. They are intended as general market intelligence only and do not constitute a formal property valuation, financial advice or legal advice.

Our reports are prepared by Roxanne and delivered within 24 hours of your request. They are provided free of charge with no obligation to engage any further service.

You should not rely solely on information provided by The Alterio Team when making significant financial decisions. Roxanne recommends obtaining data-driven advice from a licensed valuer, financial adviser or solicitor as appropriate to your circumstances.

3. Seller Concierge service

The Seller Concierge is a paid pre-sale preparation and coordination service. Engaging the Seller Concierge is subject to a separate service agreement between you and The Alterio Team, which documents the scope of work, payment terms and responsibilities of both parties.

Key terms of the Seller Concierge service:

• A deposit of is payable on commencement of the service
• The balance of $690 is payable within 14 days of the settlement of your property
• The a deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it compensates for services delivered
• If your property does not sell, the $690 balance does not become payable until settlement occurs
• Trade costs (cleaning, painting, styling, etc.) arranged through Campaign Hub are subject to your separate Campaign Hub agreement
• The Alterio Team is a licensed real estate agent at Place Estate Agents and acts as your listing agent

Full terms are provided in the service agreement issued prior to commencement of work.

4. Licensed agent disclosure The Alterio Team is operated by a licensed Queensland real estate agent. Through this service, we act as an licensed Place Estate Agents adviser coordinating pre-sale preparation on your behalf. Roxanne acts as your listing agent through this service. If you proceed with one from mortgage brokers and buyers agents as disclosed upfront before any referral.
