Which suburbs are leading?
Data from CoreLogic for the 12 months to May 2026 shows the following inner south suburbs recording the strongest median price growth:
- Woolloongabba, up 16.1%, driven by ongoing post-Olympics infrastructure investment and proximity to the Gabba redevelopment precinct
- Holland Park, up 15.2%, with strong demand from families priced out of neighbouring Camp Hill and Coorparoo
- Moorooka, up 15.8%, one of the strongest growth stories in Brisbane as affordability seekers discover its walkability and rail access
- Camp Hill, up 13.7%, continuing a multi-year growth run underpinned by school catchment demand and village lifestyle appeal
- West End, up 14.5%, boosted by population density targets and significant apartment and townhouse supply constraints
